Our delivery costs are based on the weight of your package as well as where we are shipping it to in the UK. Where we can we do try to reduce these down as much as possible as we know this is an extra cost to you. You will find the shipping cost when you go through to checkout.
2. Tracking your order
Once you have made your purchase, you will be sent an email confirmation, this email should include a link to track your purchase. If it does not please feel free to contact us directly so we can check this out for you.
3. Shipping outside of the UK
We can ship to locations outside of the UK for an additional cost. Please select this option at checkout or get in touch with us for a quote as each location differs in price. If you purchase via the option at checkout, if the delivery is less, we promise to refund you the difference.
4. Delivery Lead Time
We endeavour to ship within 48 hours of placing your order. If we cannot for some reason get this out within 48 hours we will send you an email to explain the circumstances. If you so wish you can cancel the order.
We deliver through our parters at Parcel2Go, they usually use the Hermes or DPD service. You can track the order via their website. Delivery is around 2 to 3 days from the point we drop it off, so please leave 5 working days from the time you placed your order for your goodies to arrive.
We have a 100% guarantee if you're not happy with your product, we can accept full returns on products that are still fit for resale (e.g. include their label and have not been used).
If your product is damaged during transit, please email email@example.com with an image to arrange a replacement.
We will get back to you straight away with confirmation of the return and address to send it back.
Please note for brands not labelled Olive & Berry please email their customer care team in the first instance.
We will offer various discount codes throughout the year, if you place an order on this code we will ensure this is redeemed however unfortunately we cannot offer redemptions on codes that have been removed.
Olive & Berry take full responsibility for products manufactured for our own brand. Please note we may not be able to refund products that are produced by other brands however please contact Team@oliveandberry.co.uk and their customer care team. We will make sure you are covered.
