Delivery

1. Costs

Our delivery costs are based on the weight of your package as well as where we are shipping it to in the UK. Where we can we do try to reduce these down as much as possible as we know this is an extra cost to you.

2. Tracking your order

Once you have made your purchase, you will be sent an email confirmation, this email should include a link to track your purchase. If it does not please feel free to contact us directly so we can check this out for you. 

3. Shipping outside of the UK 

At the moment you can only purchase online for products to be sent to locations in the UK. However, if you do see something you like and would like this delivered to a country outside of the UK please email Team@oliveandberry.co.uk and we will see what we can do for you. 

4. Delivery Lead Time

We ask you give us two weeks to prepare, ship and deliver your order. We always make sure we prepare your order the day of purchase or early the next morning but two weeks allows for any delays or unforeseen circumstances. 

Returns

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged and not fit for purpose. Please email Team@oliveandberry.co.uk with your reasons for returning the product and an image of the damages. We will get back to you straight away with confirmation of the return and address to send it back. 

Please note for brands not labelled Olive & Berry please email there customer care team. 

Discount Codes 

We will offer various discount codes throughout the year, if you place an order on this code we will ensure this is redeemed however unfortunately we cannot offer redemptions on codes that have been removed. 

Brands

Olive & Berry take full responsibility for products manufactured for our own brand. Please note we may not be able to refund products that are produced by other brands however please contact Team@oliveandberry.co.uk and their customer care team. We will make sure you are covered.
